<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Reggae artiste Khago is set to premiere his music video for the effort called Dream on BET's 106 and Park. The song features a sample of Biggie Smalls' It Was All a Dream and sees Khago delivering his vocals over a reggae and hip-hop flavoured instrumental.</span></b></div>

<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">According to Khago's publicist, Derven 'Flexx' Patterson, the single is already a favourite on several radio stations.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"<b>Dream</b> is currently reaping success as his latest single and the video is already showing signs of doing well. Khago is working on his social media visibility, and we recently released five music videos. The artiste is hardly in Jamaica because we get a lot of bookings in the US. What we want is to keep the videos coming because you know they say out of sight out of mind, so we are putting in the work in all areas so that he still maintains a presence in Jamaica despite being in the US very often," Patterson said.</span></span></div>

<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;"><b>Dream </b>was produced by C91 Records. However, the video was directed by Ike X at locations in the US.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"This is the beginning of greater things to come from the wide catalogue of songs that we have been promoting. We also released a music video for <b>Ready for Love </b>recently and that song has been doing well and was produced by Notnice Records on the Devotion rhythm," Patterson said.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Khago is set to appear on a number of shows locally during the festive season, including GT Taylor's Christmas Extravanga on Christmas Day.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"Khago has a big fan base in the US, and earlier this year he was awarded for his song, <b>Nah Sell Out, </b>which was one of the most played songs in the US, so right now, it is only fitting that we seek to premiere <b>Dream </b>on BET," </span></span></div>

<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Dancehall artiste Tommy Lee Sparta says he will deliver a musical massacre at Sting this year. The Vybz Kartel protégé argues that his career has reached the stage to indulge in musical warfare, however, only a few will feel his lyrical wrath.</span></b></div>

<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">He also had strong words for Gage and Alkaline, who he says have stolen from elements of his persona.</span></span></div>

<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The deejay also told <b>THE news team</b> that he was born as a warrior.</span></span></div>

<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Radio host and emcee Khadine 'Miss Kitty' Hylton has expressed anger at unscrupulous individuals who have attempted to malign her by creating an alleged sex image.</span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.sandgent.co.uk/main/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Miss-Kitty.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://www.sandgent.co.uk/main/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Miss-Kitty.jpg" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The picture, under the guise of a video, surfaced on the Internet and allegedly contains an image of Hylton, also known as the 'Fluffy Diva', superimposed on the body of a woman performing a sex act.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Miss Kitty denied that she was ever in any sex video or picture as the body of the woman involved possesses tattoos and she wears none.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
</div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">derogatory way</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"It was just a very malicious and facetious thing to do. It is a ploy to drive traffic to somebody's website. To use my image and to use my likeness in such a derogatory way is so sad and selfish. It is really disheartening to know that people work so hard to build themselves and at the end of the day people think it is ok to scandal somebody like that," she said.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The Fluffy Diva said these unscrupulous individuals were quick to tear her down, but would not sing her praises.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"I bet they wouldn't publish any of my accolades or achievements or what it is that I have done or how I have grown. They are never quick to publish females' achievements, anything to denigrate us they capitalise upon," she said.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
</div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">her lawyer</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Miss Kitty said she has been talking to her lawyer and that her team has since filed a report with the police's Communication, Forensic and Cyber Crimes Unit (CFCU).</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">When contacted, a policeman at the CFCU says he was unaware of the report.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">In recent weeks, dancehall deejay Pamputtae also moved to set the record straight after a woman bearing a striking resemblance to the artiste was seen in a sex picture in a compromising position.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">However, the woman in the picture was a United States-based adult film star.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Miss Kitty, through her foundation, is busy setting up a science laboratory at the St Joseph High School in St Andrew.</span></span></div>

<a href="http://news.hiphopearly.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Gold-Album.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://news.hiphopearly.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Gold-Album.png" height="320" width="319" /></a></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Tyga likes gold so much he goes by Instagram handle kingofgoldchains. He likes it so much he claims to have invested $5 million in a company that makes gold rolling paper.</span></span></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">That is probably a terrible idea. However, naming his upcoming album <em style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">The Gold Album</em> and then featuring on the cover a photo of a Kanye West designed gold-figurine of Horus, the Egyptian god of the sun, seems like a better application of T-Raww’s precious metal obsession.</span></span></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;"><em style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">The Gold Album</em>, which will be Tyga’s first since his break with Young Money, is set for 2015 release.</span></span></div>

<a href="http://news.hiphopearly.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Banks-Eminem.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://news.hiphopearly.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Banks-Eminem.png" height="166" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Azealia Banks is a Twitter troll. Let’s just get that out of the way. And, given the lack of sales of her debut album <em style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Broke With Expensive Tastes</em>, not a particularly successful one.</span></span></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">One of her favorite targets of social media venom is Eminem. In her latest attack against Shady, she points out that for all of his reputation as “a diss god” the only folks he seems to be slaying are women or harmless pop cultural figures like Moby.</span></span></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Banks isn’t entirely correct; Em’s gotten into it with Ja Rule, Benzino (which she acknowledges), Cage, Everlast, Limp Biscuit and Canibus.</span></span></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Nevertheless, that’s not exactly a murder’s row of talent, especially considering Em’s stature. Does Banks have a point about Shady only picking fights he can win? Or can her opinions be dismissed as just more trolling?</span></span></div>

<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Sources have told <b>THE news team </b>that the disc jockey, born Deron Muschette, will be heading to western Jamaica radio station Mello FM, where he is to be slotted in between popular hosts Richie B and Barry G.</span></span></div>

<div style="font-family: arial; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">The Radioactive singer began dating Ricky Hilfiger, son of fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, six months ago after her relationship with DJ Calvin Harris ended. However it seems that the 24-year-old is back on the market after her hectic schedule seemingly got in the way.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: arial; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">'Rita is so busy she is just flat out at the moment. She's recording The Voice on BBC1, she has campaigns for make-up, clothing and a perfume coming out,' a source told British newspaper The Mirror. 'Not to mention featuring in a Hollywood film, performing for the Obamas this week and recording her second album. Realistically, she doesn't have time for a steady relationship.'</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: arial; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Rita will soon be seen on the big screen in the highly anticipated movie adaptation of 50 Shades of Grey. Ricky is also busy working on his own music.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: arial; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">But while the split has come just before Christmas, it doesn't seem like there are any hard feelings between the two.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: arial; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">'It's not acrimonious ' they just sort of drifted apart,' the insider continued. 'They had a great time in Marrakech last month for her birthday but since then she has been working non-stop in the States. As much as she liked Ricky, her career is her priority at the moment, while he's working on his own album.'</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: arial; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">However the source believes the former couple's paths will still cross, and that sometime in the future if their work schedules allow, the spark could be rekindled.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: arial; line-height: 16px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">'They do share a lot of mutual friends, though, so they're bound to stay in touch,' they said. "However it's just not practical to be together right now.'</span></span></div>

<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">The complainant, the court heard, asked Dawkins if he had any other partners which resulted in him holding her by the throat and hitting her in the face, head and stomach and biting her on the left arm.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">Dawkins was ordered to apologise to the complainant, however, his apology did not sit well with Senior Resident Judith Pusey. The senior magistrate was furious at his actions and ordered that he serves 30 days in prison.</span></div>

<a href="http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/assets/11336856/Dadda_7074.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/assets/11336856/Dadda_7074.jpg" height="262" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">AFTER a three-year break from the music scene, emerging act Dadda is making a comeback.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">He said his summer album Reggae Dancehall is currently doing the rounds and is his ticket back in the spotlight.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">The 21-track set is co-produced by Germany-based Firewheel Records and local outfit Lacka Squad. It was released in July.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">"It's like a double album -- half of it is for reggae lovers, while the other half is for hardcore dancehall fans. It's going good 'cause we have been getting some requests for shows in Germany and Switzerland," the 19-year-old told the Jamaica Observer.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">He lists dancehall track Me She Want, featuring Zamunda as his favourite.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">"This is the one getting a lot of rotation on the radio," he said.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">The roots listing includes Crying For the Poor, Love is the Answer, and Right Move. Among the dancehall group are Tun Up Hot, Player Haters, and Sound Killa.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">Dadda, whose given name is Amir Fyffe, said he took a break from his music for the past three years to focus on his examinations.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">"I have 5 CXCs, because you have to have something to fall back on," said the former student of Ocho Rios High School.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">But he believes music is his calling.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">"Veteran singer Ken Fyffee is my grandfather and female deejay Lady G is my aunty," he said.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">Born in Spanish Town in St Catherine, Dadda relocated to St Ann as a toddler. He started making the rounds as deejay at eight. He, however got his break in 2008 when he performed on Fully Loaded. There he met his musical mentor Bounty Killer.</span></div>

<span style="background-color: black; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 16px;"><span style="color: white;">Gully Bop’s manager Shauna Chin has indicated via social media that she’s stepping down as the manager of dancehall’s hottest sensation. Miss Chin in the statement said she had wanted to step down as Gully Bop’s manager since rumours began swirling that they were an item. Shanuna Chin further explains that she’s stepping down because Gully Bop has been signed and she will be migrating. She also mentioned that her stint in the music industry has come to an end. Gully Bop is being touted to clash Ninja Man at STING 2014. The annual Boxing Day event will be held at its usual home at Jam World, Portmore. <span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;"><b>Currently one of the hottest and most sought after dancehall acts, artiste Demarco can now add another accomplishment to his name, having been added to the BBC 1Xtra playlist for his smash single 'Puppy Tail'.</b><b><nobr></nobr></b><b></b></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://dancehallarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/00-DEMARCO-PUPPY-TAIL-COVER_1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://dancehallarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/00-DEMARCO-PUPPY-TAIL-COVER_1.jpg" height="320" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The song has also been included in the day-time rotation which means it will get premium airtime alongside all the musical A-Listers across the globe.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">According to Demarco, his continued success is testament to the<nobr></nobr>hard work and dedication of his team at True Gift Entertainment (TGE).</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"I am very happy and at the same time humbled by the announcement, this is another major stride for the Jamaican genre. Not many of our records make it to daytime radio on the BBC, as we are all aware, most of our music that is played on their radio is relegated to night-time programming, so to be among the selected few who accomplish such feat is indeed something of note," he stated.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Demarco also recently unveiled the official video for <b>Puppy Tail</b> on the weekend via his VEVO channel (<b>youtube.com/demarcolifevevo</b>), which has<nobr></nobr>already racked up an impressive 14,000+ views, and continues to display an upward trend.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The visuals were shot by<nobr></nobr>True Gift Entertainment, who is also responsible for the now viral 'Talk Yuh Mind' online series.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;"><nobr></nobr>Set to return to the island later this week, Demarco headlined a pair of concerts on the weekend in Brooklyn, New York and Edmonton, Canada, to much fanfare.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The singer is currently promoting his new 30-track mixtape titled <b>Bun Up Road</b>. The compilation is available for free via his official Facebook page <b>facebook.com/demarcodadon</b>.</span></span></div>

<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">A couple days ago, Fif announced on instagram that he had just closed a multi-million dollar deal for underwear.</span></span></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">“I just did a deal for $78 million for underwear. What did you muthafuckas do today? Lllllllllooooolllllllllll #Boom #FRIGO,” read the caption.</span></span></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Frigo RevolutionWear would be the brand of men’s undergarments that 50 has been promoting since earlier this year. He was also talking Frigo up last night on<em style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Late Night With Seth Meyers</em>.</span></span></div>
<blockquote style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: italic; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin: 0px 0px 20px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 50px; position: relative; quotes: none; vertical-align: baseline;">
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">“It’s $100 at Neiman Marcus. These $100 underwear were actually hand-created and actually hand-stitched,” 50 Cent said to Meyers. “They have a technology in ‘em where you can put your man apples. For you to place your sack in another sack that has been [ergonomically] designed for comfort. But, you know, women they spend so much money on lingerie. It’s the right project for men.”</span></span></div>

<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Now when 50 says he did a $78 million deal that doesn’t necessarily mean <em style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">he’s</em>getting all that cash. (Although you never know.) But whatever he makes on skivvies is likely going to more than what most people make period. So he certainly has that hustle going for him.</span></span></div>

<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Nick Minaj is good at what she does. The 32-year old has about 175,000 first week sales of<em style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"> The Pinkprint</em> to prove it. But, like most people, Nicki didn’t start at the top. Before she got into showbiz she slung seafood at Red Lobster, and she told Jimmy Fallon all about it last night on <em style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">The Tonight Show.</em></span></span></div>
<blockquote style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: italic; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin: 0px 0px 20px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 50px; position: relative; quotes: none; vertical-align: baseline;">
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">“If you’ve ever eaten at Red Lobster, I probably took your order,” she said. “That’s what made me want to hurry and follow my dream because I was like ‘Oh my god, this is not for me. I gotta hurry up and get out of here before it’s too late.”</span></span></div>
</blockquote>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">It was funny little story. And, like a good talk show host, Fallon tried his best to keep looking her in the eyes when she told it. But, as the story went on, his gaze started to drift downward. Check out Nicki talk origins, and Fallon sneak a peak.</span></span></div>

<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Bobby Shmurda was reportedly arrested on weapons charges this morning in New York City. The ‘Hot Nigga’ star and his GS9 crew were at the Quad Studios when they were busted for having numerous firearms</span></span></div>

<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">So far the arrests haven’t been confirmed by either the NYPD or Shumrda’s label Epic Records.</span></span></div>

<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Shumrda was busted in June for gun possession and again in October for weed. Given NYC’s no-tolerance policy on firearms, the 20-year old is likely to face jail time if these latest charges stick.</span></span></div>
<div style="border: 0px; font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 28.7999992370605px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Shmurda was supposed to play a surprise show in New York today, but that doesn’t appear to be happening.</span></span></div>

Specific charges haven’t been disclosed, but Shmurda will be arraigned on Thursday.</span></span></div>

<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Dancehall artiste Lady Saw has revealed that she was abused as a child. As a result, she has launched a foundation geared at assisting abused women and children.</span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://jamaica-gleaner.com/gleaner/20110225/ent/images/LadySawShootN20090916IA.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://jamaica-gleaner.com/gleaner/20110225/ent/images/LadySawShootN20090916IA.jpg" height="239" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">According to the Grammy award-winning deejay, who recently released a new album called <b>Alter Ego</b>, half of the proceeds from album sales will go towards the Lady Saw Foundation.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"I had the idea for years now but my lawyer at the time went abroad to study; but I recently got another lawyer. The foundation will cater to women because I was abused a lot growing up as a child and as a teenager. It was a horrible experience and many persons are going through that experience," she said.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Lady Saw is also looking to put her vision in reality by opening a home-training centre for abused women.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"Many women tend to run away from their abuser, including my mom. So what I am doing is trying to find a safe haven for them. I have located a property in St Mary with a building that resembles a factory. I want to purchase the property and use it as a centre for abused women. I also want one of those centres to be in Kingston. I am probably way ahead of myself right now because I am so passionate, but we have to start somewhere," she said.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Toy drive</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The deejay also spearheaded a toy drive in the US recently, where she collected seven barrels of toys in collaboration with media personality Ragashanti.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"I also visited a children's home recently with my publicist, and spent some time with some disenchanted kids, and I was really touched, so I decided to get the toys, pampers and sheets for them as well," she said.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Victim of abuse</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The deejay who has an adopted daughter disclosed that her daughter was also a victim of abuse during her formative years. Lady Saw says she found solace in the home of good Samaritans and she wants to extend the courtesy to others.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"I remember having to sleep at friends house and sleeping under the bed to hide from my abuser when I was growing up, and people helped me. So I want to give back. I don't want people to think that this is about publicity, because I am not that type of person. I want to create awareness about the issue and state the role I want to play," she said.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Lady Saw's album features inter-national acts UB40, Flo Rida, Estelle and Beres Hammond. The collaboration with Beres is called <b>She Has Changed</b> and is an effort which will eventually become the title track for the Lady Saw Foundation's website and initiative.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The deejay was recently featured on several international media outlets including Hip Hop Weekly, Sways Universe, 50 Cent's <b>thisIs50.com,</b> P Diddy's Revolt TV and November's edition of the <b>Fader</b> magazine.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;"><b>Alter Ego</b> was independently produced by Lady Saw's label, Diva Records, and distributed by VP Records. The effort is currently number six on the iTunes reggae chart.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The album is not explicit and can be sold to all fans of music. The effort sees the deejay dabbling in gospel, reggae, jazz, dancehall and hip hop.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The deejay is also seeking contribution from entities or good Samaritans who want to contribute to her foundation via <b>ladysawfoundation@gmail.com. </b>Information for the foundation will be uploaded on her websites<b>ladysawfoundation.org</b> and <b>ladysaw.com</b>. Both sites will be fully active by next week.</span></span></div>

<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">Turner said she met Nick Cannon while at a night club in Los Angeles.</span></div>

<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">IT'S the rematch.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.bringthesting.com/wp-content/uploads/DSC_9473.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://www.bringthesting.com/wp-content/uploads/DSC_9473.jpg" height="212" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">Deejays Blak Ryno and Kiprich will go head to head at this year's staging of Sting - the popular one night reggae show staged on Boxing Day.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">According to Isaiah Laing, head of Supreme Promotions, organisers of the event, clashes have always been part of the history of Sting and, therefore, a match-up of this nature was inevitable.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">Speaking at a press conference at his Burlington Avenue offices in the Corporate Area yesterday, Laing traced the history of clashes at the event dating back to the first ever in 1984, which featured Michael Palmer and Junior Reid. He noted that, by the following year, 1985, it was realised that the clash was the way to go and it became a signature of Sting.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">"[The] clash is a hallmark of Sting. Over the years, it has become a major attraction... last year Kiprich was defeated by Ryno and so we have decided to bring them back for a rematch, and this is not something to be missed," he asserted.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">Blak Ryno was absent from the press conference as it was explained that he was overseas, but his opponent Kiprich was on hand to declare that this year things will be different.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">"I am more focused and prepared for a proper lyrical showdown [at] Jamworld.... He can't come with what he came with last year and expect to win... it's lyrics to the fullest. I am always happy to be part of this historical event and to be part of it as a top act a this time," said Kiprich.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">Speaking to the Jamaica Observer afterwards, Kiprich revealed that he jumped at the opportunity to redeem himself against Blak Ryno once he was asked by the Sting promoters.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black; color: white;">"People know me as a war king, and last year I just wasn't prepared. They confused me with a lot of names of people I was going to clash with, so I was not focussed, but it's different this year. I am not doing for the money, because this year it's all about what the fans want, and the big money not there this year. Last year Ryno get $3 million and that's not there this time, so I'm just doing what the fans are asking for," said Kiprich.</span></div>

<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"The thing about my style is that I decide what I am going to play a couple hours before and even then I freestyle a lot. There is amazing energy at these shows, so I am really excited for this one," he said.</span></span></div>

<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Dancehall recording artiste Demarco has played down suggestions made that there is a feud between himself and fellow dancehall artiste Masicka.</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://cdn.urbanislandz.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Screen-Shot-2014-05-20-at-2.05.07-AM.png?a36099" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://cdn.urbanislandz.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Screen-Shot-2014-05-20-at-2.05.07-AM.png?a36099" height="320" width="319" /></a></div>
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Responding to questions from On Stage's Winford Williams last Saturday night about clashing or responding to claims being made by Masicka, Demarco showed no interest.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"You know what Corey needs to do? Corey needs to invest in a product like how Corey did invest in a product for Konshens, but for Masicka and call it Masicka's nylon, hard to buss. Nobody wants to look at him (Masicka)," he said to questions posed by Williams.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
</div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Tough talking</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Demarco also claimed that there was no feud between himself and Konshens.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Previously, a tough-talking dancehall firebrand Masicka had laid down the gauntlet to rival deejay Demarco with a scathing diss track called Cyan Frighten We. The track has gone viral on social media racking up 38,000 views in just one week.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">He makes repeated references and certain allegations about Demarco.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">However, it is the chorus which has triggered most attention in the dancehall underground.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Masicka rhymes menacingly:</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Du nuh cry fi cree, probably frighten Konshens</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">But yu cannot frighten me</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Friend dem weh mi par wid, will take your life fi free</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Gal dem say yu ...., stop gwaan like yu a g</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Among other hardcore lines.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"Demarco did a song where he called me a mosquito, which it seems like him a try style my career and no matter who try that, mi have to respond. Demarco has some nice melodies and nice songs but in no way, no how, he is not lyrically bad," a tough-talking Masicka said.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">"I don't want people think is a plan fi Sting, we have to show is music and entertainment this, and we have to defend it if anybody ah try style we in the streets. So just expect me to walk out on anybody over Sting, even Demarco, just come prepared. The song ah cl... dem wicked, if him no answer, the streets dem a go know say him is a real punk, a gi-gi, chatty mouth."</span></span></div>

<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The excitement is intensifying for the Sting Boxing Day showdown at Jamworld as the event's promoter, Supreme Promotions, headed by Isaiah Laing, unveils its official poster.</span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.slapweh.com/images/misc/watch-magnum-sting-2014-live-online-stream.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://www.slapweh.com/images/misc/watch-magnum-sting-2014-live-online-stream.jpg" height="208" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The chosen acts to bring fireworks on the Magnum Sting stage have been revealed. This year's theme, 'Two mega shows, one night' highlights the best of dancehall and reggae and comprises: the 'Rapture Rematch', Who's Bad, Electronic Dancehall, Just Dance, The Fabulous Five and Fire at midnight.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The reggae show includes with Capleton's 'Fire at midnight'. Tarrus Riley, Etana, I-Wayne, Kabaka Pyramid, Ikaya, Teflon, Droop Lion and Nature are among the reggae performers who will carry the flaming torch until 2 a.m. The Electronic Dancehall segment that includes performances by Zhavea and Orisha Sound, will then provide the interlude before the hardcore dancehall presentation.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<b style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Reigning</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">A $1.5m prize will be on the table for the 'Rapture Rematch' featuring the reigning clash champion, Blak Ryno and the two-time title holder, KipRich. "This rematch is in high demand. A lot of patrons want to see the result; if KipRich was prepared for Ryno," said Heavy-D, director at Supreme Promotions.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">KipRich is already in lyrical war mode based on <b>Duppy Walk</b>, which he released earlier this week. Gage and Tommy Lee Sparta appear to be under the same spell, launching lyrical attacks at each other with fresh diss tracks. Both are expected to settle the score and prove, 'Who's Bad'. Gully Bop the man of the moment is firing shots and ready to take on anyone including the don gorgon, Ninja Man. Will Ninja accept his challenge? .</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Patrons will also know the outcome of the Aidonia, Masicka feud. The newcomer has been bragging about his lyrical prowess and is eager to finish Aidonia and his JOP crew.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">The dancehall show will also feature the "fabulous five": Ishawna, Stylish, Tiana, Konfydence and Destiny Sparta. The dancers have a similar responsibility. Ding Dong, Chi Ching Ching and Quick Cook will bring the dancing fever. Demarco, Ryme Minista and Kalado are among other major acts for the Dancehall show.</span></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="color: white;">Magnum Sting 2014 is now one of the most talked about events of the year. </span></span></div>
