Please read this Privacy Policy and related document (“Terms of Use”) carefully before using RocYouFM.com (collectively with all its affiliates and subsidiaries “the Web Site”) operated by RocYouFM iRadio.

Submitted video, audio, images, text and other content may be published on the Web Site or off the Web Site (radio/tv/podcast/CD/DVD) or other format existing or hereafter developed.  Additionally, we may publish your name, image, voice, likeness and any other personal information related to publishing the content or a portion thereof.


THIRD PARTY AD SERVING AND DISCLOSURE

The Web Site will not disclose personal data to any unaffiliated companies, however, we reserve the right to share aggregated analytic data.
