Tony Yayo posted a photo of Floyd Mayweather's fight with Marcos Maidana over the weekend, which made good friend 50 Cent feel a certain type of way. The G-Unit head honcho saw Yayo's post that was captioned, "Fight night" with several "100" emojis, which Fif felt was a questionable move, considering his recent beef with the boxer.
The "Animal Ambition" rapper commented on Yayo's post, writing, "I know you are slow yayo but Damn," and soon after, the post was deleted.
In an interview with Angie Martinez, G-Unit talked about their latest EP, The Beauty of Independence, and 50 Cent explained his reading challenge to Floyd Mayweather.
The rapper says he decided to poke at Floyd's flaw because the boxer put him in a category of washed-up rappers that included T.I. and Nelly. After the rapper heard the interview, he decided to put matters into his own hands.
"There's so many things I could do to him, that I could talk about, and people would look at him completely different after that," he said.. "The reading thing is me taking it light."
He also explained that he loves Floyd like a brother and claims that the boxer can in fact read.
