Bob Marley Museum reopens

The Bob Marley Group of Companies has announce that the reopening of the Bob Marley Museum, located at 56 Hope Road, St Andrew, will be on December 29, 2014.
After standing strong for 33 years, the legendary tourist attraction and home of reggae legend the Honorable Robert Nesta Marley, OM, was temporarily closed to facilitate a renovation project that started on October 16, 2014.
Over the years, the museum has seen thousands of visitors from all over the world, including government officials, dignitaries, celebrities and world figures who have all attested to the tour's provision of an almost front-seat experience into the life of the world's greatest reggae artiste.
The Bob Marley Museum is confident that with the renovations and enhancements added to the tour, patrons who visit the premises after December 29, will have a new experience.
"We are very happy to re-open the gates to the Bob Marley Museum, after the renovation project that allowed for an enhanced tour experience. This will no doubt provide even more opportunities for insight into the life of the Honorable Robert Nesta Marley and an all-new excursion for our visitors," stated tour and operations manager at the museum, Anthony Henry.

They are also encouraging visitors to ask about their combo tour package for both properties.

Confirmed: Gully Bop’s manager “Chin” quit

Puppy Tail gets BBC attention

Currently one of the hottest and most sought after dancehall acts, artiste Demarco can now add another accomplishment to his name, having been added to the BBC 1Xtra playlist for his smash single 'Puppy Tail'.
The song has also been included in the day-time rotation which means it will get premium airtime alongside all the musical A-Listers across the globe.
According to Demarco, his continued success is testament to thehard work and dedication of his team at True Gift Entertainment (TGE).
"I am very happy and at the same time humbled by the announcement, this is another major stride for the Jamaican genre. Not many of our records make it to daytime radio on the BBC, as we are all aware, most of our music that is played on their radio is relegated to night-time programming, so to be among the selected few who accomplish such feat is indeed something of note," he stated.
Demarco also recently unveiled the official video for Puppy Tail on the weekend via his VEVO channel (youtube.com/demarcolifevevo), which hasalready racked up an impressive 14,000+ views, and continues to display an upward trend.
The visuals were shot byTrue Gift Entertainment, who is also responsible for the now viral 'Talk Yuh Mind' online series.
Set to return to the island later this week, Demarco headlined a pair of concerts on the weekend in Brooklyn, New York and Edmonton, Canada, to much fanfare.
The singer is currently promoting his new 30-track mixtape titled Bun Up Road. The compilation is available for free via his official Facebook page facebook.com/demarcodadon.
