‘Insiders’ Claim 50 Cent’s Baby Mama Is Raising Hell Because He Had Another Son

It’s no secret that Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and his ex, Shaniqua Thompkins, don’t always get along, which is pretty unfortunate since they have a 17-year-old child together. The ex-lovers have made headlines on several occasions for the spiteful antics in which they resort to in an effort to hurt one another and unfortunately, it looks like they don’t plan on calling it a truce anytime soon.

Last winter 50 was in the news for sending a series of harsh and belligerent text messages to his teenage son, Marquise, in which he pretty much told Marquise that he no longer had a son. 50 later came out and blamed Shaniqua for the entire fiasco, insisting that he sent the nasty texts because he knew that she was the one texting from Marquise’s phone. He also accused her of leaking the messages and trying to turn their son against him. Though Shaniqua never actually confirmed or refuted her ex’s allegations, she reportedly came forward last week, accusing 50 ofbeing a deadbeat dad to Marquise ever since his other son, Sire, was born. She also reportedly alleged that he hasn’t seen Marquise in nearly two years. 50′s reps have since come forward regarding the accusations, insisting that Shaniqua is only looking to gain media attention with her allegations.

“50 is saddened by the attention-seeking tactics of his son’s mother,” a rep told TMZ. “He remains a proud and supportive father and feels blessed to have two sons.”

Now sources alleged to be a part of 50′s camp are doing more talking about the situation and they claim that Shaniqua is really upset that the rapper recently welcomed another son and that she is bothered by the thought of her son having to share his potential inheritance with another child.

“This is all driven by Shaniqua being threatened her son will not be the only heir,” the source told RumorFix.

“Shaniqua clearly doesn’t have her son’s best interest in mind to drag lies into the media, her main focus is always how anything will affect her son’s potential inheritance.”

Despite their constant feuding, the insider went on to say that 50 takes very good care of Marquise, Shaniqua, and her daughter from a previous relationship, Mia.

“She is a very well taken care of woman and so is her son — she hasn’t had to work since 2002 when 50 first made it on the music scene,” the source continued. “She has yet to have a job since then.”

Of course, there are two sides to every story, so we won’t make any assumptions. Hopefully these two can find a way to co-parent in an amicable manner.
