History Man pays tribute to Bob Marley

Reggae artiste History Man is gearing up to release his highly anticipated music video for a timely piece entitled Bob Marley Story. The video was shot by popular video director, Asha, and according to the artiste it is no ordinary video.
"It is well put together. Asha and his team did a great job and the concept is thought, provoking, and as I would say, edutaining," said History Man.
According to History Man's publicist, Karl Durrant, releasing the video in February and the week that Bob Marley was born is a strategic move.
"History Man is an artiste who has brought his form of edutainment to stadiums, arenas, and clubs worldwide, so when he brought the song and video to me in January, immediately, and, almost automatically, I said to him that this should be released on Bob Marley's birthday as a gift to Bob Marley's fans and the world at large, and he agreed," stated Durrant.
The artiste, whose birth name is Andrew Kiffin, is currently working on an album, Chronology Vol. 1, which will be released late this month.
In recent times, History Man has been involved in charity projects in the Greenwich Farm community and the Mona Rehabilitation centre in Kingston.
"I also work with people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS," he said.
History Man is encouraging more of his peers to give back to the society as well as the music industry.
"Let's give back to those who have given to us so much. Let's do more live music, with positive messages and let's do more charitable efforts in an effort to grow our country, one drop of sweat at a time," History Man said.
