LUDACRIS SAYS HE CAN’T AFFORD TO PAY MOM OF HIS NEWBORN $15K A MONTH IN CHILD SUPPORT

Now that all the drama surrounding the fact that Ludacris had a child outside of his relationship with longtime love Eudoxie has died down, you would have thought the new father and mother could have worked things out financially and everything would be smooth by now (as it seems to be for Dwyane Wade and the mother of his new son). But according to TMZ, they’re battling in court because Luda says he can’t pay her the amount of child support she’s looking for (which is $15,000 per month). In court yesterday, he said that he just doesn’t have that type of money right now, and it has a lot to do with the death of Paul Walker…
In court he said that he was counting on the money from his work on Fast and Furious 7 to help him make his child support payments and pay other bills, but the movie has been on hold since the death of lead actor Paul Walker in November, so no work equals no pay. Even though Fuller is seeking $15,000 a month from Ludacris, he says he can only pay $1,800 a month, since he says that he made only $55,000 in 2013.
According to TMZ, the judge has decided that Luda will pay $7,000 per month for baby Cai while his financial documents and claims are checked and reviewed.
As TMZ also pointed out, singer Tyrese also brought up the death of Paul Walker in a public battle with his ex-wife, citing Walker’s death as reason Ty he had to skip out on time with his daughter, Shayla, to try and find work to be able to take care of her. It seems lot of people have a lot riding on the film. But since Ludacris is a rapper first, he might want to hop on a few tracks or hop in the studio ASAP.
