The song, to release later this month, was produced by Synnus' Warmandeasy Records, and will be the first of three projects to be released by the men this year. Its distribution will be handled by Johnny Wonder's Hapilos 21st Entertainment.
Synnus, born and raised in St Mary as Adrian Campbell, has been creating waves in key dancehall and reggae circles for his songs Go Go Business, Better Life and Memories.
For the past few months, he has been knocking heads with the veteran, learning a lot about the business during the process.
As for Jimmy Riley, this would be his first officially released studio effort since his recent 14-track album,Contradiction, was released late last year.
Both men have spoken positively about the track with Riley foreseeing the very determined Synnus as a force to be reckoned within the music industry.
"The messages in the song are right and on time. The song is like a beacon, showing the way. Synnus is one of the four young artistes who I admire today. Him no talk foolishness and from you see me around a youth, is must that him have something good about him," Riley said.
His words were somewhat echoed by Synnus who also said it was a pleasure to work with Jimmy Riley, who he sees as an icon in the business.
"Jimmy's a legend. This only motivates me to go harder," Synnus said.
