Kelly Osbourne has declared "peace at last" with her showbiz foe Lady Gaga.

Kelly Osbourne has declared "peace at last" with her showbiz foe Lady Gaga.

The two celebrities have been at logger heads with each other since 2009, regularly tweeting insults over the social media site.

But the pair seemed to have kissed and made up at Sir Elton John''s Oscars after-party last night.

"#peace at last @ladygaga (sic)," Kelly tweeted next to a photo of her jokingly strangling Gaga.

They then happily posed with Elton at the 22nd Annual AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party.

The feuding had begun when Kelly called the Applause singer a "butterface" in 2009, a slang term for butt ugly.

Gaga hit back with an attack on Kelly''s career choice, saying that her work with E!''s Fashion Police was "rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people''s beauty against one another".

The pair continued to hurl insults at each other, which culminated in Gaga''s fans, dubbed Little Monsters, also sending abusive messages to 29-year-old Kelly via social networking sites.

Lady Gaga, 27, had tried to offer an olive branch last year, when she presented Kelly''s mom Sharon with a birthday cake for the violet-haired presenter whilst appearing on the British X Factor.

Kelly wasn''t impressed with the gesture though and didn''t mince her words when addressing the sweet treat, telling Gaga to "Eat my sh*t" on her Twitter account.

But the name calling and cake gestures are now a thing of the past, with the new pals smiling for the cameras at the Hollywood bash.

The star-studded soiree was one of the hottest tickets in LA once the Academy Awards wrapped last night.

Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian were all spotted partying at the event, as were Britney Spears and Vanessa Hudgens.

Heidi Klum and Donatella Versace flew the flag for the fashion world at the charity party, posing together for the cameras.

German model Heidi even managed to get the celebrated designer to provide her with a dress for the event.

"Thank you Donatella for making this beautiful @Versace_official dress for @ejaforg #EJAFOscarsParty Red carpet (sic)," Heidi tweeted to her 2.13million followers.
