The 21-year-old pop star seems to be enjoying plenty of late nights on her Bangerz Tour.
But Miley admits catching shut-eye isn't her top priority because she feels like things are happening in the world without her.
'Sleeping in gives me anxiety. What I miss?' she tweeted on Wednesday (sic).
Miley is currently heading to Tampa, Florida for a show on Thursday night and will trek through the US, Canada and Europe before the concerts wrap up in Barcelona, Spain on June 13.
But the concert series hasn't gone off without a hitch.
On Tuesday, the singer's tour bus went up in flames before her show in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Miley's 14-year-old sister, Noah, posted a video and pictures of the burning vehicle on social media, but said that fortunately no one was hurt.
"Thank u God for keeping us safe," Noah tweeted.
"Yes, everyone got out safe no one is injured what so ever!! everything is okay!! (sic)"
It remains unclear how the fire started.
Miley has also been the subject of protests after 'outraged parents' accused her of setting a bad example for her younger fans with the raunchy content of her shows, according to HitFix.
Most recently, church protesters have been seen picketing outside of her concerts.
Miley hasn't backed down from defending the content of her shows and barely-there costumes, however.
'You can't say I didn't warn you. Now sit back relax & enjoy the show. #bangerztour,' she tweeted late last month.
'Save your complaints for the McDonalds drive thru when they forget the 'fries with that,'' she added.
