Taylor Swift 'protected from stalker for three years'

Taylor Swift is safe from her stalker for three years.
Timothy Sweet reportedly believes he is married to the 24-year-old singer and Taylor claims he vowed to kill anyone who came between them.
Taylor obtained a temporary restraining order against Timothy at the start of March, and today a judge has ordered him to stay 100 yards away from her for the next three years.
'Sweet is also forbidden from going near Taylor's parents,' TMZ reported.
The website originally reported the story when Taylor filed documents against Timothy on March 3.
In the documents submitted by the Red singer, she revealed that Timothy had reportedly bombarded her with emails, letters and social media posts professing his love for her.
One message allegedly read: 'My wife, Taylor Swift (Sweet) and I live in Beverly Hills. I am in love with her. In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life.'
In a further twist, another man was issued a no-contact order by a judge for repeatedly trespassing at Taylor's Rhode Island vacation home.
The Westerly Sun reports that 38-year-old Massachusetts man Daniel Cole had ignored previous warnings not to trespass at Taylor's mansion in the Watch Hill area of Westerly.
'Westerly police say Cole blocked the driveway to Taylor's home with his pickup truck on Dec. 9 and was escorted off the property,' reported Page Six.
The police say he returned on December 21 and struggled with police while refusing to leave.
