VYBZ KARTEL DANCEHALL DARK STAR DOCUMENTARY

Just few days before Vybz Kartel’s life in prison sentence Entertainment Report aired a documentary/video/ biography of 50 minutes on dancehall starVybz Kartel, titled “Vybz Kartel Dark Star”. (The Dark supposedly should add more controversy if possible on his name)
The project re-lives Kartel ‘s bright musical career through different videos, interviews and tunes since his beginning in 2002 and also highlighting some of the biggest beefs in Dancehall Music featuring Kartel vs Ninj aMan, Assassin Agent Sasco, Spragga Benz, Bounty Killer & The Alliance, Mavado.
The Documentary, produced by Television Jamaica, underlines different aspects of the timeless Adidja Vybz Kartel Palmer aka Addi Innocent. In the documentary you can even see and hear a young Vybz Kartel bigging up Bounty Killer till the historical Sting clash of 2003 and even more you can see Bounty Killer attending to Addi first album launch and blessing it.
From the feuds to the founding of the Portmore Empire and a bit of attention to its members including Popcaan and Shawn Storm to the biggest hit songs from di Gaza General such as “Ramping Shop” -a sexy song featuring Spice that despite the worldwide success was banned in Jamaica – to the controversies internal to the Gaza Camp, without forgetting hits like “Clarks” and the Cake Soap.
