Recording Artiste and Actor Benzly Hype is being sued by CVM Television. Benzly Hype who operates his own production house known as Kru Media, is facing a multi million dollar lawsuit legal from the television network, for alleged breach of contract.
Reports are that The television company is seeking to recover a total of $17 point 8-5 million, plus interest, money it said it pumped into the production of the programme and for its broadcasting on the station.
Benzly says the lawsuit came as a shock to him.
