High hopes for Orisha Sound's 'Black Coffee'

Fresh from a promotional tour of Europe, Orisha Sound is gearing up to take the dancehall world by storm with the release of a hot, new single called Black Coffee.
"I'm confident that this song is going to be very successful. We have been getting a lot of positive feedback about it from people all over the world already," she said.
The hard-hitting track, which was recorded on the Rolling Mad rhythm, has surprised many dancehall supporters.
"A lot of people are surprised because they've never heard a white girl deejaying on a hardcore dancehall track like this before. A lot of people have told me that they still can't believe that it's a white girl going so hard on the track. It's something that has never been done before, history in the making," said Orisha.
Since returning to the island more than a month ago, Orisha Sound has been very busy performing on a number of events.
She recently delivered a full set when she appeared alongside the Jolly Boys at Clippers in Port Antonio, Portland. She also performed on the opening night of the Kingston on the Edge Caribbean Arts Festival at Red Bones Blues Café.
