ZJ Liquid delivers on BET 106 and Park

Jamaica's disc jockey sensation ZJ Liquid, born Michael Brissett, ignited America's number one urban entertainment programme BET 106 and Park on Tuesday.
The ZJ was invited to be a guest DJ on 106 and Park and was quite elated to represent his country and to display his talent to the world. He played a mixture of dancehall, reggae, hip hop, soca and house music, which had the audience and hosts Bow Wow and Reality TV show celebrity Erica Mena, in a frenzy .
"It was a good look, great vibe and most of all a proud feeling to represent Jamaica and as a little youth from MoBay who knew that one day the hard work would pay off. We have more barriers to break; just a gwaan remain focused and do mi ting. Big up to all of the fans, Zip team, friends and family for the support. Bless up FootaHype, Seanizzle, Kaylia Williams, Richie Poo and my cousins who came to the show and supported me, and I have to give big thanks to Terrence Clayton and DJ Charlie B for the support at BET," said Liquid.
The renowned disc jockey also premiered his latest project, the Good Book rhythm, at the show. The rhythm features a host of talented artistes.
"The rhythm is basically slow and at the same time aggressive which gives off a real authentic dancehall sound which is drum and base driven. Didn't use a lot of phrase because I wanted the artistes to be creative and not have similar melody," said Liquid.
Liquid went on a European tour in May. While in Europe, he shot a video for his song Put Yuh Body On Me, produced by DJ Dynamite from Hamburg, Germany. "The video will be out soon. Look out for Liquid all over for the summer and listen out for new songs for the summer as well," he added.
