Aidonia is a change man and he owe a lot of it to his young son King Khalif Lawrence.
The deejay recently told Urban Islandz that he found faith in Rastafarianism and is done with making hardcore dancehall music.
Speaking with Winford Williams of OnStage last week, Aidonia said it all started around three years ago when his fiance got pregnant.
“The journey all started from couple years now but it really got serious when my fiance was pregnant when I realize I have a young one on the way, my first child coming into this world,” Aidonia said.
“Because I have to set an example for my youth. So I just look within myself from then and talk to my mother, my father and my family and we just sat down and say you just have to take a different route.”
Aidonia says he is now focusing on positive music. The dancehall deejay also break his silence on some recent controversy where he uploaded a video to Instagram of himself burning some cloth from designer Romeich.
According to Donia, there were some bitter fallout between them that lead to the burning of the cloth.
