For the second time this year, Lily Allen delivered an unexpectedly revealing performance thanks to a malfunctioning silver catsuit.
During her set at V Festival in Chelmsford, England, Allen's nipple accidentally popped out. According to MTV UK, Sheezus herself didn't seem to notice the nipple flash.
The same wardrobe malfunction happened when Allen wore the silver one-piece while opening for Miley Cyrus' Bangerz tour, so it might be time for her to find a new retro-futuristic outfit.
