August Alsina "I'm Ready to Go Back on Tour" ... After 3 Days in a Coma

August Alsina is getting back on the horse -- as in, the stage -- after severe seizures and a scary fall landed him in a hospital for nearly 2 weeks ... the singer thinks he's ready to go on the road again.

August is finally recovering at home in New Orleans ... after being released from the hospital earlier this week, but he'll only have about a month to heal before starting a 27-date tour with Usher on Nov. 1st.

 August ended up in a coma earlier this month when he fainted and tumbled off a stage in NYC.
