With all the Tyga and Lil Twist drama at Young Money Entertainment, the timing behind Jay Sean‘s departure seemed quite perfect in terms of the related events.
The British pop singer announced on Friday that he is no longer apart of the Cash Money roster. He was with Birdman’s label for six years, where he released two albums; “All or Nothing” in 2009 which featured the #1 hit “Down,” and 2013’s “Neon.”
Despite his former labelmate Tyga’s situation, his relationship with the company ended on good terms he told Billboard. “I had and still maintain a great relationship with [Cash Money CEOs] Slim and Baby. They believed in me and my talent and our partnership obviously garnered a lot of pop success.”
He is the third artist to leave the label this year as he follows the steps of Busta Rhymes and Mystikal. We know how Tyga and Lil Twist feel, who will be next?
