The murder Trial of Embattled Dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel, and his 4 co-accused continued today, with testimonies of various witnesses, including a Government Forensic Expert.
Government Forensic Expert Nicola Brown-Baxter testified that when she visited the artiste's Havendale house on August 29, she observed that a fire at the home appeared to have been deliberately set.
Meanwhile, policeman Wendell Reid of the Portmore Police later testified that he took a missing person's report from the sister of the deceased, and made several checks at hospitals and police stations but got no useful information.
Kartel along with fellow entertainer Shawn Campbell, Shane Williams, André St John and Kahira Jones are on trial for the August 16, 2011 murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams
It’s alleged that Williams was killed at Kartel’s home, after he and another man were taken to the entertainer’s house to account for a lost firearm.
