The Applause hitmaker has discussed her determination to claw to the top in the past, and urged fans to follow her lead and cast aside self-doubt in a Twitter post on Saturday.
'Fear is irrational. Explode your deepest fantasies,' she wrote.
Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, catapulted to the top of music charts with the 2008 release of her debut album, The Fame.
Her success followed years of playing in New York nightclubs, struggling to make it.
Next month she will kick off her fourth headlining tour ArtRave: The Artpop Ball.
And despite staying on top for nearly six years, the pop star has insisted she's no diva.
Speaking to MTV about her list of concert demands, Gaga recently opened up about her determination to remain humble.
"A lot of people I think have really nice riders," she said earlier this month.
'I don't know. I don't like to waste stuff. So we have cold cuts and water and there's whiskey there and champagne. We're good."
Gaga also still works closely with her vocal coach from her teenage years.
She told the network she speaks with him before each show.
"Well, my voice teacher Don Lawrence, who I've been with since I was like, I don't know, 13 years old, we still are together, and he's been my mentor for so long," Gaga said. "So he warms me up before every show - either on the phone or in person - and I do the show. An hour before the show I start my vocal warm-ups."
ArtRave: The Artpop Ball is scheduled to kick off on May 4 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
