The Black Eyed Peas star has been in the music industry since the late 1980s. But will confessed that he still gets nervous, and it manifests in different ways.
"I get so nervous, I have to hold my nerves in, but sometimes my nerves come out in solid form or more liquid form," he joked during an appearance on BBC Radio 1''s Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw. "I''m sorry, I''m just letting off some nerves; that was the gas version," he added in a silly voice.
The Scream & Shout star revealed that he can be serious when he needs to be to "make things happen". But generally, he likes to have a good time to counteract the stressful moments in his life.
"[With] life, there''s always going to be problems, there''s always going to be things that don''t go your way, there''s always going to be ups and downs, so I like to just look at life like, ''How can I just enjoy the moment?'' I know in a couple of moments it''s going to be stressful... so let me just enjoy myself as much as I can," he explained.
will was appearing on the radio show ahead of the final of The Voice UK, which takes place on Saturday. As a coach on the show, Will has to make some tough decisions.
"I know in a few moments that there''s going to be something really hard for me to work out and turn into an optimistic, productive perspective," he said. "That''s why you always see me laughing and joking; it''s because I''ve probably just got finished yelling at somebody."
