Local reports are that upcoming dancehall artiste Alkaline has donated $200,000 JMD to two cancer patients.
Reports are that the dancehall artiste who was made aware of the ladies’ situation through his management team, made the cash donation to the two women to offset their medical costs and treatment.
In a press release sent to our sources, Alkaline said he assisted the ladies as a way of testing himself.
The artiste also stated that he wanted to understand what it would feel like to do some good for others.
Alkaline is currently in Panama for a performance later this evening.
