Great buzz for Ganggoolie's 'Tattoo Yu Name Pon Mi'

Spanish Town-based recording artiste Ganggoolie, has an uncanny knack for finding singles that connect with fun-loving dancehall Jamaicans. The deejay's latest single, 'Tattoo Yu Name Pon Mi' deals with couples that use tatttoos as an expression of love and commitment..
"Mi a great buzz in the streets with the song on IRIE, ZIP, Suncity Radio, Roots and RJR. Mi a get a good buzz at dances like Swag Thursdays in Manchester Street, Spanish Town, pure money pull up. It a gwaan over Linstead, Old Harbour over Gateway Plaza, and Trendsetta Fridays over Damhead. The song just came out and it is already on a lot of mixtapes," Ganggoolie said.
He shot the video outside Famous nightclub in Portmore and some scenes at a tattoo shop at a plaza in Independence City.
"The shoot went very well,we had a main girl and we just showed a happy couple vibe, mi a bring back a relationship vibe, a one and one ting, both people in the relationship tattoo each other's name on the other. Mi have a good feeling about the song and the video ah go shot," he said confidently.
Last year, he made national waves with his latest hit, Muscle Wine, which was followed up by the hilarously inventive Donkey Kick, which also spawned a dance of the same name. He embarked on a promotional tour of the US earlier this year.
Ganggoolie, once known as Hitlist, aka The Sheriff, scored a big hit with Please Stop The Killing in 2005 and became a protégé of deejay Bounty Killer.
