It is still not clear why Dancehall Artiste Kalado has been detained by immigration Authorities in the United States.
It's understood that the "Personally" Deejay left the island on October 17 for a scheduled performance in Boston, Massachusetts.
However he was unable to fulfil his duties due to immigration issues. Speaking with Kalado's PR representative, Ray Alexander, who is still in the dark as to why Kalado has been detained, says his Manger, Nancy Davis has secured an Attorney to deal with the issue.
He said Kalado reached out to his Manager but offered little information as to what led to him being detained. Ray insists however that Kalado left the island with a valid work permit, and has never been involved in any wrong doing.
He hinted that Kalado may have said something inappropriate while being questioned by the Authorities. Today makes 11 days since the Artiste has been detained.
